La verdad que...

Whats up yall? How have you been doing? This was honestly such a good week! A very stressful week but a good one haha! It was honestly full of surprises too, had me on my toes for sure.

We met this family, the dad is from Lebanon, idk how he ended up in Argentina but he did. They were so rich yall. Their door was like a tiny cave entrance, but it opened up into this giant house haha. They dont have a ton of interest in the gospel, but we chatted with them for a bit. They brought up that we shouldnt be able to drink Coca Cola if we cant drink coffee at approximately 6:35, and we had to get to our baptism that was 15 minutes away by 7. A miracle that we made it honestly haha!

The baptism of Agustina was way hype! It was kinda funny cuz I'm an idiot hahah, but it happens sometimes haha. After she came up out of the water, I thought she had a good footing so I let go, and I guess she didn’t, so she went back down!  What matters is that she got baptized, and now has the gift of the Holy Ghost! Shes awesome, pretty funny tbh. She tried to hug Elder Campos yesterday hahaha, but he had to be like wooah slow down im a missionary haha.

Which brings me to my next point. Elder Campos got transferred up to Salta out of the blue. So we said bye to all the members and stuff, kinda sad. It was good to look back on all the success we have had in our 3 months together! We really killed it! Hoping for the best for Elder Campos!

We went and visited our other branch, Monteros for the first time in a while, that was fun. Theres this crazy group of people, I believe they are from Romania, if thats a country idk. But they were like picture what a pirate woman would where, they wear those dresses. Super old, super beat up and stuff. You could tell that this lady had been chewing cocaine leaves haha, she tried to rob us but we didnt fall for her trap haha. Apparently in their culture, the men dont learn to read or write, they only learn business. They spend everything on their business. The women go out and try and rob and beg for money so that they can feed the family, even though they have a decent income. And they chew cocaine. Haha little cultural thing for yall. Monteros has a lot of those people, I forgot what their name is, my bad.

But yeah, its just me and Elder Gooch grinding out here. Really just me grinding, hes still tryin to figure out the Spanish haha. We had like 60 people show up to church again, I am super stoked to see the branch popping off like it is! Hard work pays off.

But yeah its been a good week. A crazy week to be honest. Stuff is going good out here in Concepción! Love yall, have a good one!

Love yourz
