Happy Thanksgiving!

What's up everybody?


It has been a pretty boring week out here in DFW. Most everybody was out of town or with family, so we didn't really have much to do. I guess thanksgiving happened so that's pretty cool.

We went to the Corliss family for thanksgiving, and that was super fun. We went over at 3:30, and the food wasn't ready till about 6:30, so we spent most of our time babysitting their kids haha, I read just about every children's book in the whole world with their son James, he was the funniest. I guess my life is sad cuz I couldn't beat a 4 year old in a light saber battle hahaha oh well.

Not a whole lot of service this week, so that was pretty boring. The big news is Elder Wilhelm got the call that he is heading out to Germany, so I'm super jealous/sad this week haha. Wilhelm is probably my favorite out of the whole apartment. He is a character haha, and he is a huge skier, so he will definitely be missed dearly.

Had just under 150 coronavirus scares this week haha, somebody really doesn't want Wilhelm to leave. I woke up pretty sick one day this week, so I had to wear a mask in my own apartment, that sucks. I'm alright though, and Wilhelm is still going to Germany hopefully so it's alright. We have pretty miraculously dodged getting quarantined for 2 weeks many times this week, guess God really is watching out for us.

I have never been more excited to go out to Argentina haha, it is incredibly scary to think that I might be going 5000 miles away to a place where there is no safe water and such, but I cant wait to get out there. Oh and I don't speak their language so there is that too ;). Hopefully the physical suffering of the Argentina mission will help with the mental suffering of the any mission rn hahaha.

All jokes aside, things are going great out here in Avondale. Sadly I might be leaving to the Bond's ranch ward here soon. I will let yall know what happens with our apartment next week. Got to teach my first Plan of Salvation lesson this week, haha that was awesome. Little bit discouraged, Elder John who's been out 22 months showed me his facebook convos, and there was like 2000 of them and none of them went anywhere. Love to see that.

Anyways, love yall, I'm very grateful for all yall who even care enough to read to this point lol. Have a wonderful week and do not forget to Light the World!

You know I am getting tired of writing up these weeklies haha, but you know i havent missed a weekly in 2 years so imma stick with it haha. Hope yall have been thriving back home and in your missions! Been a good week. Whats up everybodyy? How yall been? Hope yall had a peachy keen week! Its been a good week here in Independencia, just kinda vibing haha, working hard, enjoying my time in Argentina! We've been walking around all week, its been a vibe, probably walked like 30 kilometros haha. It was good, we saw a bunch of success, found some solid people.  Had some exchanges with the boys in San Ignacio, that was fun. My boy elder Lewis was dying haha, so we had to go save him from his comp. Had some fun lessons, I ran the joke that I was from Chile the whole time and got away with it. My spanish is evolving to a whole other level. Had the baptism of Carlos this week! It was such a sweet experience! He is a capo, so glad I got to meet him and his fam. Literally no one showed up to the baptism, but that happens haha. The water was freezing cold bro, winter sucks here. I'm happy to be here. Sup yall? How have yall been doin? Hope that all is going well wherever yall be at! Been a good week, just been vibing out here, working really hard, being obedient and stuff yall already know. Did some exchanges with the boys in Joaquin V Gonzalez, which is a 5 hour bus ride. Muito bom. It was sick, its a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. such sick vibes. It was so chill out there. Thats where you go to catch the Golden Dorado for all yall fishermen out there. Good exchanges tho, really had me remeniscing on my time in Concepcion, I miss those small town vibes. We also had a talent show activity, and we dressed up as vaqueros(argentinian cowboys) and sang "Adios Amor" which is a sad mariache song, it was so sick Ive been vibing a lot with the poncho recently, cuz its been cold. I really rock with the poncho mate mix, way hype. I have been loving the vibes up here recently.
