Just anotha week

Hi everybody!


It has been a really slow week, that is quite alright though. Hope all of yall had a great Christmas, I for sure did. Vamos a empezar por hablando sobre el dia delante de navidad, Christmas Eve. (Translation: Let's start by talking about the day before Christmas.)

We played a game of frisbee with the Baker family and all of Logan Bakers friends, you already know that we won. The wind was crazy though that kinda sucked. We then went to the Bakers for dinner, and that was hilarious. Nothing really eventful happened, but their family had a zoom nativity scene, and their youngest Luka started fortnite dancing during his portrayal of a wise men, I was dying.

I was walking with John to go play some pool, and I was like "that lesson went really well". And then he was like "really? Cuz I thought it was awful." I was like "why" and he was like "because we weren't prepared." I'm sorry? We tried to get a time to go through it with them, but they were literally at the doctors office all day. He didn't like when I pointed that out.

Christmas was fun, just another day on the mission really. We had breakfast with the missionaries, lunch with the Korliss' family, a nerf war with the Korliss's as well, then we had dinner with the Poists. It was so sick. Sister Poist's parents were there, and I got to practice spanish with them, kinda sick.

Saturday night a car rolled right in front of our apartment again, so we had a billion cops out front of our place again, that was pretty exciting I guess. 

Besides that the rest of the week was just 9 hours straight of facebook finding. Kind of the worst haha. I also am now going to be teaching English classes to people who only speak spanish, so that's kind of really scary. No hablo espanol. I'm also the guy in charge of all the english classes in the stake, so also kind of scary. Keep yall updated on how that goes.

I hope all yall had a very merry christmas, una cada mas feliz navidad, and I hope yall got to spend time with your family. I also hope yalls families dont replace your old truck and not even tell you about it. Love yall!

You know I am getting tired of writing up these weeklies haha, but you know i havent missed a weekly in 2 years so imma stick with it haha. Hope yall have been thriving back home and in your missions! Been a good week. The most exciting thing was seeing all of our hard work over the past couple months fall into place, we were able to put 4 baptismal dates for this week, they are pretty solid as well! We need your prayers for Alumine, Jose, Veronica, and Maximo, so that everything goes good for their baps this week!! Wrist machine broke

Whats up everybodyy? How yall been? Hope yall had a peachy keen week! Its been a good week here in Independencia, just kinda vibing haha, working hard, enjoying my time in Argentina! We've been walking around all week, its been a vibe, probably walked like 30 kilometros haha. It was good, we saw a bunch of success, found some solid people.  Had some exchanges with the boys in San Ignacio, that was fun. My boy elder Lewis was dying haha, so we had to go save him from his comp. Had some fun lessons, I ran the joke that I was from Chile the whole time and got away with it. My spanish is evolving to a whole other level. Had the baptism of Carlos this week! It was such a sweet experience! He is a capo, so glad I got to meet him and his fam. Literally no one showed up to the baptism, but that happens haha. The water was freezing cold bro, winter sucks here. I'm happy to be here. ¡Y ahí nos vemos mi reina!

Sup yall? How have yall been doin? Hope that all is going well wherever yall be at! Been a good week, just been vibing out here, working really hard, being obedient and stuff yall already know. Did some exchanges with the boys in Joaquin V Gonzalez, which is a 5 hour bus ride. Muito bom. It was sick, its a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. such sick vibes. It was so chill out there. Thats where you go to catch the Golden Dorado for all yall fishermen out there. Good exchanges tho, really had me remeniscing on my time in Concepcion, I miss those small town vibes. We also had a talent show activity, and we dressed up as vaqueros(argentinian cowboys) and sang "Adios Amor" which is a sad mariache song, it was so sick Ive been vibing a lot with the poncho recently, cuz its been cold. I really rock with the poncho mate mix, way hype. I have been loving the vibes up here recently.
