Fun companions, unexpected investigators, and everything in between!

Howdy a todos! How have yall been? I hope yall have been prosperous in every aspect of everything. It's been a roller coaster of a week, but I have been happy during it haha, idrk how that works but it's true. It's been a lil bit wild so grab some popcorn haha.

Let's start it off with the transfer news. Elder John and Elder Sutton both made it home, hallelujah, hoping for the best for them both. Elder Belnap's new greenie is kinda an interesting fella, hes class of 2021 and graduated early, so he loves more than anything to correct grammar mistakes haha. Got a call from President Saturday night, and on Tuesday I'm gonna be picking up my new greenie, guess I'm senior comp and training now yikes. Elder Morris is going out to Weatherford, about as far away from here as you can get.

We've been having a ton of success in the apartment, Bonds ranch has some investigators, and we got a referral that actually came through so we are teaching a lady tonight after p day, so exciting. First Restoration lesson of the whole mission haha I'm pretty nervous.

The part yall been waiting for, the drama. It’s been a challenging last couple of weeks with Elder Morris. I really feel bad for him, but man is he terrible to be comps with. We set apart an hour to talk about our lesson for tonight, and so at 8 last night I was like "eight let's go plan", and he was watching the super bowl, so he was like nah. Fast forward 45 minutes and I once again tried to get him to go prep our lesson, and he was like "wow we only have 15 minutes see what happens when you daily plan by yourself", to which I responded that I would love his help planning if he woke up before 11, he wasn't happy about that.  It's a little ridiculous that he'd be all dramatic for our last day together, just to ruin our one opportunity over the last 4 months. I also had a come to Jesus talk with him, to which he responded by just not talking at all for 4 days straight. It's been rough.

I've been really happy though. I feel like I'm starting to get the ball rolling, and if this investigator comes through, I'm more than down to spend 7 and a half months in my greenie area. Haha yeah I'm gonna be here in Avondale for another 3 months. Unless Argentina opens up which really is just looking less and less likely these days haha.

Funny story. We were at a dinner with a family last night, and they had a ton of kids. We tried to gather everyone together for a spiritual thought, and so I asked do we have everyone? And everyone was like yeah, except the 8 year old was like nah we missing someone. Everybody was like who?? And then the kid was like "the miscarriage" and I had to try and keep a straight face it was so funny but also kinda messed up haha.

There was so much stuff that happened this week haha, I wish I could tell yall the half of it, but yall dont even read my emails as is haha, gonna keep it short. As always if you want more of the details, send me an email. Despite everything, I really am feeling the happiest that I've been on the mission so far, it doesnt make sense at all. Friendly reminder that it's been 6 years since Pete Carroll decided not to hand the ball off to Marshawn Lynch on the goal line haha, never forget.

Anyways I love all yall who read this far, the rest of you dont know it but I love yall too, have a good week, and dont forget that God loves each and everyone one of yall

Love yourz
