Rudy Gobert in the Avondale Area (NOT CLICKBAIT)

What's up everybody?

It's been a wild one. Really bittersweet. On the bright side of things, we did almost 20 hours of service, so that was nice. On the not so bright side of things, stuff is not looking too pretty for any of our interested persons. Yikes.

Like I said all of our investigators disappeared, one flat out rejected us, the other is hiding from us, and the last is still pretty solid, but we can't meet with her till covid is fixed and stuff. So it's the same Avondale that it was a month ago. I love our ward, but the missionary work is going nowhere, so that's frustrating.

Oh yeah and I hit 6 months on the 25 or the 26, depending on how you look at it. Pretty cool. The 26th was crazy. We helped a lady move, and that was crazy. Super sad situation. Then we had a lesson with Brandon, but actually got his door slammed in our face, and that was about that.

Yall all been probably wondering what the subject is all about. Well, you guessed it, I met Rudy Gobert! Haha just kidding, you would think that there was a 2x defensive player of the year swatting all our investigators away though:( Its been rough. 

The apartment is pretty dope haha, but its kind of the same old same old scenery, nothing new really. Only 2 months left in this area haha let's go.  I mean it's been pretty fun, I've got a lot of homies in the zone, but I just feel like I've been stuck in ground hogs day here in Avondale for the last 6 months. So ready for a change of scenery.

I broke a 5 year tradition on the 26th, this was the first time in 5 years that I didnt listen to Best Day Ever by Mac on my birthday haha. But thanks for all the birthday wishes, love all yall and all the support you show me, have a wonderful week.

You know I am getting tired of writing up these weeklies haha, but you know i havent missed a weekly in 2 years so imma stick with it haha. Hope yall have been thriving back home and in your missions! Been a good week. The most exciting thing was seeing all of our hard work over the past couple months fall into place, we were able to put 4 baptismal dates for this week, they are pretty solid as well! Whats up everybodyy? How yall been? Hope yall had a peachy keen week! Its been a good week here in Independencia, just kinda vibing haha, working hard, enjoying my time in Argentina! We've been walking around all week, its been a vibe, probably walked like 30 kilometros haha. It was good, we saw a bunch of success, found some solid people.  Had some exchanges with the boys in San Ignacio, that was fun. My boy elder Lewis was dying haha, so we had to go save him from his comp. Had some fun lessons, I ran the joke that I was from Chile the whole time and got away with it. My spanish is evolving to a whole other level. Had the baptism of Carlos this week! It was such a sweet experience! He is a capo, so glad I got to meet him and his fam. Literally no one showed up to the baptism, but that happens haha. The water was freezing cold bro, winter sucks here. I'm happy to be here. Sup yall? How have yall been doin? Hope that all is going well wherever yall be at! Been a good week, just been vibing out here, working really hard, being obedient and stuff yall already know. Did some exchanges with the boys in Joaquin V Gonzalez, which is a 5 hour bus ride. Muito bom. It was sick, its a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. such sick vibes. It was so chill out there. Thats where you go to catch the Golden Dorado for all yall fishermen out there. Good exchanges tho, really had me remeniscing on my time in Concepcion, I miss those small town vibes. We also had a talent show activity, and we dressed up as vaqueros(argentinian cowboys) and sang "Adios Amor" which is a sad mariache song, it was so sick Ive been vibing a lot with the poncho recently, cuz its been cold. I really rock with the poncho mate mix, way hype. I have been loving the vibes up here recently.
