Allergy Season in Texas

Howdy yall, how have yall been doing? I have been straight vibing out here in Fort Worth haha, nothing really too exciting has happened. Everything was pretty fun to be honest, I'm pretty happy and stuff, but the last like 24 hours have been a slap in the face.


So we are coming up on my allergy season, and to say the least I am already miserable. Wednesday we were all doing just fine, but Thursday came around and all of a sudden everyone was just allergic to life. Texas allergies are no joke, it's crazy.

Yall I was the luckiest missionary in the whole world, and our first counselor called us up and asked me to give a talk on mother's day, so I got to flex how dope my mom is. It was lowkey a miracle, because I've been talking like squidward cuz of my allergies, but they cleared up for like the two hour period of church, and then they just went off the deep end haha. I think I got like a sinus infection, and so I'm miserable to say the least rn. Oh and I got a bloody nose and sneezed it all over the car haha.

That's been not that fun, but what was fun was my exchange with Elder Stout this week. Everybody kinda bullies Stout, and it's pretty sad. But we are homies, and we had fun. Stout is in a bike area, so we got to go biking, and it was super fun. 3rd ward is crazy, we taught a lady named Starday, who has 15 kids, one of which being the rapper 24k golden, and she can see Jesus. The lesson went awesome haha, shes kinda crazy, and she told us she was going to buy booze right after haha. She'll get there though. Biking is super fun, it's like an adventure.

Besides that not a whole lot happened. Our area is sort of dead right now, we can't get in contact with anyone who is interested. I'm hoping that we'll see some miracles soon and that will change. Fingers crossed. My comp is only worried about numbers, and getting leadership positions, (which is not the best way to do missionary work), so that's been a little bit of a downer. Our apartment is so sick, the 5th ward elders are super fun.

You know I am getting tired of writing up these weeklies haha, but you know i havent missed a weekly in 2 years so imma stick with it haha. Whats up everybodyy? How yall been? Hope yall had a peachy keen week! Its been a good week here in Independencia, just kinda vibing haha, working hard, enjoying my time in Argentina! We've been walking around all week, its been a vibe, probably walked like 30 kilometros haha. It was good, we saw a bunch of success, found some solid people.  Had some exchanges with the boys in San Ignacio, that was fun. My boy elder Lewis was dying haha, so we had to go save him from his comp. Had some fun lessons, I ran the joke that I was from Chile the whole time and got away with it. My spanish is evolving to a whole other level. Had the baptism of Carlos this week! It was such a sweet experience! He is a capo, so glad I got to meet him and his fam. Literally no one showed up to the baptism, but that happens haha. The water was freezing cold bro, winter sucks here. I'm happy to be here. Sup yall? How have yall been doin? Hope that all is going well wherever yall be at! Been a good week, just been vibing out here, working really hard, being obedient and stuff yall already know. Did some exchanges with the boys in Joaquin V Gonzalez, which is a 5 hour bus ride. Muito bom. It was sick, its a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. such sick vibes. It was so chill out there. Thats where you go to catch the Golden Dorado for all yall fishermen out there. Good exchanges tho, really had me remeniscing on my time in Concepcion, I miss those small town vibes. We also had a talent show activity, and we dressed up as vaqueros(argentinian cowboys) and sang "Adios Amor" which is a sad mariache song, it was so sick Ive been vibing a lot with the poncho recently, cuz its been cold. I really rock with the poncho mate mix, way hype. I have been loving the vibes up here recently.
