Full Circle

What's up yall how are ya doing? Stuff has been hectic out here in Fort Worth, haha, hope everything is well with yall. Arlington 8b is popping off rn haha.


I just wanna update yall on the weather real quick. Yesterday it was 110°, and then a thunderstorm came through and it dropped to 73° in a little over an hour. It was the most wild storm I've ever seen in my life, and surely with a temperature drop like that it had to have been a tornado, right? Nah, my hunt to see a tornado continues, but it was the dopest storm I've ever seen.

We also did 43 hours of service this week, which is a new record for me. My body hurts. This lady had us move 4 full storage units of stuff, to another storage unit. I counted we had to move 11 couches. Yall she had so much stuff it was unreal. And we were doing this in 101° heat with 50% humidity, I wanted to die.

The missionary work has been absolutely popping off this week. In the words of my comp, elder Quinlan, "I'm not gonna lie this has been the best week of my mission." It was so hype. We got a bunch of member referrals, and they are showing so much promise. And we finally got in contact with our boy Emilio, who is on date. He probably won't be making his August 3rd date, but we will set a new one for him for sure. So hype.

One of my favorite things about the Spanish ward is the different cultures that you get to see. Especially the foods. Elder Morris once told me there is no such thing as a perfect ward, but I'm pretty sure Arlington 8th is just about as close as you can get.

You know I am getting tired of writing up these weeklies haha, but you know i havent missed a weekly in 2 years so imma stick with it haha. Hope yall have been thriving back home and in your missions! Been a good week. The most exciting thing was seeing all of our hard work over the past couple months fall into place, we were able to put 4 baptismal dates for this week, they are pretty solid as well! Whats up everybodyy? How yall been? Hope yall had a peachy keen week! Its been a good week here in Independencia, just kinda vibing haha, working hard, enjoying my time in Argentina! We've been walking around all week, its been a vibe, probably walked like 30 kilometros haha. It was good, we saw a bunch of success, found some solid people.  Had some exchanges with the boys in San Ignacio, that was fun. My boy elder Lewis was dying haha, so we had to go save him from his comp. Had some fun lessons, I ran the joke that I was from Chile the whole time and got away with it. My spanish is evolving to a whole other level. Had the baptism of Carlos this week! It was such a sweet experience! He is a capo, so glad I got to meet him and his fam. Literally no one showed up to the baptism, but that happens haha. The water was freezing cold bro, winter sucks here. I'm happy to be here. Sup yall? How have yall been doin? Hope that all is going well wherever yall be at! Been a good week, just been vibing out here, working really hard, being obedient and stuff yall already know. Did some exchanges with the boys in Joaquin V Gonzalez, which is a 5 hour bus ride. Muito bom. It was sick, its a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. such sick vibes. It was so chill out there. Thats where you go to catch the Golden Dorado for all yall fishermen out there. Good exchanges tho, really had me remeniscing on my time in Concepcion, I miss those small town vibes. We also had a talent show activity, and we dressed up as vaqueros(argentinian cowboys) and sang "Adios Amor" which is a sad mariache song, it was so sick Ive been vibing a lot with the poncho recently, cuz its been cold. I really rock with the poncho mate mix, way hype. I have been loving the vibes up here recently.
