Last full week in Texas

Good morning yall how you doing? This week has been interesting for sure haha. I spent way too much time working on visa stuff this week so that was mad exciting. On the brightside I think that I am just about ready to go to Argentina now lets go! My companion decided to get sick this week tho, so lets pray it aint covid cuz im gonna have to get tested before i go yikes.


Visa work and a sick companion have kinda frustrated the missionary work in our area. We did get out and do some tracting but without much success. The highlight was we finally started talkin to our buddy William again haha, he said he was too busy to meet with us, but then he said every night at 8 we could meet a little bit later haha, kinda inconsistent idk. He didnt tell us why he ducked his baptism, we have got some work to do for sure.

We had zone conference this week, and that was super hype. The other guys in our apartment got towed, so we had to take them. Elder Orton gave his departing testimony and that was hilarious haha. He told a story of how a members toilet wouldnt flush, and he said a prayer and it flushed hahahaha. My favorite quote "yall know like the scene from dumb and dumber with the toilet". In zone conference in front of erryone. So good. If you havent seen dumb and dumber im sorry cuz thats too funny.

We had to have a little bit of fun this week too, so Hous and his companionship found like 400 pounds of bricks, and so we snuck em into the hermanas car right before car inspections at Zone conference hahaha, so stupid but it was so funny.

It was kinda a fun week, but theres been a fair share of stress and frustration. Dont even get me started on my spanish haha. Wish me luck yall. I love yall, cuidase, and dont forget to read some scriptures alright?

You know I am getting tired of writing up these weeklies haha, but you know i havent missed a weekly in 2 years so imma stick with it haha. Hope yall have been thriving back home and in your missions! Been a good week. Whats up everybodyy? How yall been? Hope yall had a peachy keen week! Its been a good week here in Independencia, just kinda vibing haha, working hard, enjoying my time in Argentina! We've been walking around all week, its been a vibe, probably walked like 30 kilometros haha. It was good, we saw a bunch of success, found some solid people.  Had some exchanges with the boys in San Ignacio, that was fun. My boy elder Lewis was dying haha, so we had to go save him from his comp. Had some fun lessons, I ran the joke that I was from Chile the whole time and got away with it. My spanish is evolving to a whole other level. Had the baptism of Carlos this week! It was such a sweet experience! He is a capo, so glad I got to meet him and his fam. Literally no one showed up to the baptism, but that happens haha. The water was freezing cold bro, winter sucks here. I'm happy to be here. Sup yall? How have yall been doin? Hope that all is going well wherever yall be at! Been a good week, just been vibing out here, working really hard, being obedient and stuff yall already know. Did some exchanges with the boys in Joaquin V Gonzalez, which is a 5 hour bus ride. Muito bom. It was sick, its a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. such sick vibes. It was so chill out there. Thats where you go to catch the Golden Dorado for all yall fishermen out there. Good exchanges tho, really had me remeniscing on my time in Concepcion, I miss those small town vibes. We also had a talent show activity, and we dressed up as vaqueros(argentinian cowboys) and sang "Adios Amor" which is a sad mariache song, it was so sick Ive been vibing a lot with the poncho recently, cuz its been cold. I really rock with the poncho mate mix, way hype. I have been loving the vibes up here recently.
