Of cowboys and catholics

Haha whats up yall? How are we doing this week? This week was kinda crazy kinda interesting kinda depressing haha. Im still just tryna convince myself i dont have depression haha. (Thats a joke by the way haha, I don't have depression). Stuff just keep moving along out here in Concepcion.

It was a super good week for filtering out who is interested in our area book. I wish i could show you our area book, so you could see that probably 98% of our contacts and lessons fell through this week. That really sucked not going to lie.

On the bright side though our comp inventory yesterday was super productive. I proposed that he puts in headphones when he listens to the youth album(i dont like the youth album that much haha). And in return he told me he hates the smell of breakfast in the mornings, so we compromised and I no longer can eat breakfast in the mornings. I cannot make this stuff up yall hahahaha what is my life.

Honestly though it was a pretty good week. Our friend Yanina is on track to get baptised this Saturday! Yall she is so hype! We have been working a ton with the members, and been getting a bunch of referrals from them, we will see how it goes from there. I need all yall to pray for her this week tho! Ja-nee-na Ibarra is how you pronounce her name.

So Concepcion is super Catholic. December 8th is a super big holiday in Catholicism. People marched from all around the providence to Concepcion, and they had a giant catholic party in the plaza. Not even kidding like 20000 people. Not a mask in sight bro it was crazy! Im still not sure why but there was a ton of gauchos there too all dressed up like a traditional gaucho. Gauchos are like Argentinian cowboys btw. It was wild. They also had people walking around the streets drumming all night long, we did not sleep much. Catholics smh.

Life goes on tho! I love yall and miss yall a ton! Stay safe!

Love yourz.
