Spreading the gospel, and covid

Whats up everybody? How are yall doing? I have managed to survive another week out here haha! Honestly its been a tough one, but you know what the mission was never supposed to be easy anyways. 


Well in case yall were wondering, yes we have covid rn. No Elder Campos did not go to Chile. Elder Gooch got covid at some point during his travels here, so there was literally nothing we could do about that :(. Im just upset that the three of us are quarantined in a tiny apartment because of a scratch in someones throat smh. I still havent gotten any symptoms tho, so im chilling. Elder Campos got covid tested and everything, it came back negative, but they have the symptoms, so i guess we gotta quarantine.

Im only mildly upset about that one haha, whatever. Everybody has covid rn though anyways. So thats tough. Our teaching pool is running dry, we delayed the baptisms this week for the next one, because of covid. To be completely honest with you, it was just a below average week haha.

I was sitting in our apartment watching a zoom church meeting yesterday, and I felt the simplest testimony from the Spirit bare witness that the church was true. It was so simple, but such a strong and distinct impression. Incredible how such a simple gospel truth, can give so much comfort. About 6000 times it says in the scriptures that all you have to do is ask, and be willing to listen, and everybody reading this can find that same comfort that I find in the simple, pure truths of the Gospel.

Anyways, sorry my email was kinda lame, if I get to go outside this week I will try and make the next one better. Love yall! Have a good one!

You know I am getting tired of writing up these weeklies haha, but you know i havent missed a weekly in 2 years so imma stick with it haha. Whats up everybodyy? How yall been? Hope yall had a peachy keen week! Its been a good week here in Independencia, just kinda vibing haha, working hard, enjoying my time in Argentina! We've been walking around all week, its been a vibe, probably walked like 30 kilometros haha. It was good, we saw a bunch of success, found some solid people.  Had some exchanges with the boys in San Ignacio, that was fun. My boy elder Lewis was dying haha, so we had to go save him from his comp. Had some fun lessons, I ran the joke that I was from Chile the whole time and got away with it. My spanish is evolving to a whole other level. Had the baptism of Carlos this week! It was such a sweet experience! He is a capo, so glad I got to meet him and his fam. Literally no one showed up to the baptism, but that happens haha. The water was freezing cold bro, winter sucks here. I'm happy to be here. Sup yall? How have yall been doin? Hope that all is going well wherever yall be at! Been a good week, just been vibing out here, working really hard, being obedient and stuff yall already know. Did some exchanges with the boys in Joaquin V Gonzalez, which is a 5 hour bus ride. Muito bom. It was sick, its a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. such sick vibes. It was so chill out there. Thats where you go to catch the Golden Dorado for all yall fishermen out there. Good exchanges tho, really had me remeniscing on my time in Concepcion, I miss those small town vibes. We also had a talent show activity, and we dressed up as vaqueros(argentinian cowboys) and sang "Adios Amor" which is a sad mariache song, it was so sick Ive been vibing a lot with the poncho recently, cuz its been cold. I really rock with the poncho mate mix, way hype. I have been loving the vibes up here recently.
