Robbery??? :0

Whats up yall? How have yall been? I hope that yall had an excellent week! Mom I know you are panicking rn bc of the title, dont worry im still in one piece haha! Nah fr tho I had an excellent week!


So we didnt actually get robbed. We were very close to getting robbed haha. We were heading to a lunch in a dangerous part of our area, and we were walking down the street, and a chorro (guy that wears soccer jerseys and does drugs) crossed over to our side of the street for no reason. He was glancing at my pocket with the phone in it (they basically only rob you for your phone out here). But then he glanced at my hand, and I had my black tie clip in my fist, which he probably mistook for a knife, and backed off. Phew. Kinda funny. Very lucky, I basically never walk with the tie clip in hand like that.

Besides that tho like a pretty good week! We were really successful in our finding this week, which was awesome! We also got back in contact with Monica, and she is looking to get baptized this Saturday!! She is awesome, her testimony is very strong. She is also the aunt of our recent convert Florencia, and she has like 5 daughters! Hopefully they can also follow in their moms footsteps. Not only that, our RM ward mission leader is friends with some of her daughters. Hopefully we can work with them going forward!

Other miracle: the primary president is a social worker out here. The kids in need go to her house and she gives them mate cocido and bread and stuff. So we go over their and visit them, teach them about the gospel and stuff. She is really good about bringing them to church, and brought some of them to a primary activity. One of them, Meleni, decided that she wants to get baptized, and the primary president spoke with the family, and they gave her permission to get baptized! Literally a miracle! We are gonna be working with her, hopefully she can come to church this week and we will baptize her the next week!

Sorry long email haha! Other miracle: the Gallay family finally submitted their papers to get married! They will get married sometime this week, and Osvaldo will probably get baptized this week or the next!!! Literally so filled with miracles this week, count your blessings!

You know I am getting tired of writing up these weeklies haha, but you know i havent missed a weekly in 2 years so imma stick with it haha. Hope yall have been thriving back home and in your missions! Been a good week. Wrist machine broke

Whats up everybodyy? How yall been? Hope yall had a peachy keen week! Its been a good week here in Independencia, just kinda vibing haha, working hard, enjoying my time in Argentina! We've been walking around all week, its been a vibe, probably walked like 30 kilometros haha. It was good, we saw a bunch of success, found some solid people.  Had some exchanges with the boys in San Ignacio, that was fun. My boy elder Lewis was dying haha, so we had to go save him from his comp. Had some fun lessons, I ran the joke that I was from Chile the whole time and got away with it. My spanish is evolving to a whole other level. Had the baptism of Carlos this week! It was such a sweet experience! He is a capo, so glad I got to meet him and his fam. Literally no one showed up to the baptism, but that happens haha. The water was freezing cold bro, winter sucks here. I'm happy to be here. Sup yall? How have yall been doin? Hope that all is going well wherever yall be at! Been a good week, just been vibing out here, working really hard, being obedient and stuff yall already know. Did some exchanges with the boys in Joaquin V Gonzalez, which is a 5 hour bus ride. Muito bom. It was sick, its a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. such sick vibes. It was so chill out there. Thats where you go to catch the Golden Dorado for all yall fishermen out there. Good exchanges tho, really had me remeniscing on my time in Concepcion, I miss those small town vibes. We also had a talent show activity, and we dressed up as vaqueros(argentinian cowboys) and sang "Adios Amor" which is a sad mariache song, it was so sick Ive been vibing a lot with the poncho recently, cuz its been cold. I really rock with the poncho mate mix, way hype. I have been loving the vibes up here recently.
