Less actives + the cartel🌿🌿

Whats up? Hows it going? This week was pretty crazy haha! It went by literally so quick! Feels like everyday I wake up and have to write another weekly email! Been a good week for sure tho!


Had a couple of baptisms this week! Our friends Sonia and Margarita got baptized, that was so awesome! Their son/grandson baptized and confirmed them, such a special experience to be a part of! Miqueas is going to be a great missionary fs!

The ward had a baptism for an 8 year old, Nico, we live above their family, so we had to go support! It was fun tho, they go hard with the celebrations after, music soda, pizza, etc, it was way fun. Took one of the most iconic pictures up to this point haha!

We literally do not have enough time to work. We have hardly done any finding, just teaching. We met another huge family, less actives, and there is 4 unbaptized Kids there, and the family is awesome! But as you could probably guess, they stopped going to church because of all the drama. But they are very excited about the temple coming in next year, so they are all pretty motivated to go back and prepare for the temple! And they let us do service for them!! First service project in 6 months woo hoo!

Had a couple funny/crazy experiences haha. A member told us to visit some of their family members, she was a single old lady. Swung by one of the houses, none of her family are members, and a 12 year old kid opened the door, we talked for a sec, the guy was wearing a garment top haha! I have no idea where he got them, weirdest/funniest thing haha. We also had a run in with the cartel, kinda scary tbh haha. I survived tho dont worry mom

Crazy/miracle filled week, like always, in Argentina! Hope all of yall are doing super well! Let me know how your week was, miss yall like crazy!

You know I am getting tired of writing up these weeklies haha, but you know i havent missed a weekly in 2 years so imma stick with it haha. Hope yall have been thriving back home and in your missions! Been a good week. The most exciting thing was seeing all of our hard work over the past couple months fall into place, we were able to put 4 baptismal dates for this week, they are pretty solid as well! We need your prayers for Alumine, Jose, Veronica, and Maximo, so that everything goes good for their baps this week!! I am very grateful for all the trials and bumps along the way, it definitely hasnt been easy this week, it wont be easy till I finish the mission, but I have learned to love to work hard. Whats up everybodyy? How yall been? Hope yall had a peachy keen week! Its been a good week here in Independencia, just kinda vibing haha, working hard, enjoying my time in Argentina! We've been walking around all week, its been a vibe, probably walked like 30 kilometros haha. It was good, we saw a bunch of success, found some solid people.  Had some exchanges with the boys in San Ignacio, that was fun. My boy elder Lewis was dying haha, so we had to go save him from his comp. Had some fun lessons, I ran the joke that I was from Chile the whole time and got away with it. My spanish is evolving to a whole other level. Had the baptism of Carlos this week! It was such a sweet experience! He is a capo, so glad I got to meet him and his fam. Literally no one showed up to the baptism, but that happens haha. The water was freezing cold bro, winter sucks here. I'm happy to be here. Sup yall? How have yall been doin? Hope that all is going well wherever yall be at! Been a good week, just been vibing out here, working really hard, being obedient and stuff yall already know. Did some exchanges with the boys in Joaquin V Gonzalez, which is a 5 hour bus ride. Muito bom. It was sick, its a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. such sick vibes. It was so chill out there. Thats where you go to catch the Golden Dorado for all yall fishermen out there. Good exchanges tho, really had me remeniscing on my time in Concepcion, I miss those small town vibes. We also had a talent show activity, and we dressed up as vaqueros(argentinian cowboys) and sang "Adios Amor" which is a sad mariache song, it was so sick Ive been vibing a lot with the poncho recently, cuz its been cold. I really rock with the poncho mate mix, way hype. I have been loving the vibes up here recently.
