I got hit by a motorcycle and asado made me cry

Whats up yall? How have you been? Its been an interesting week, I have no idea if it was good or bad. A mix of both probably. Lets hop in:


We had MLC in person, that was crazy cuz our mission pres doesnt believe in socializing. Elder Houston went home, he made it! I am now with Elder Colby, who is the exact opposite of Elder Houston. We will see how it goes. We had a baptism on Housts last day, that was way hype! It was of Bruno, our ex drug dealer friend¡ that was super exciting!

Anyways I got hit by a motorcycle. I am fine. My bike is a little busted, I am mostly just pissed. Drivers in Argentina and especially motorcyclists play this game where they like to get as close as possible to bikers, so I looked over the shoulder to check if anyone was there, naturally turned a little bit and he hit me, knocked me off the bike. I am fine. 

Speaking of bike accidents, we found out what is up with my wrist. At least the doctor did. I dont speak medical spanish haha. I tore the ligament between the ulna and the hand, apparently there is two other tears or injuries in there as well, I dont understand tho. We are going to do physically therapy, and if it doesnt get better surgery. No fun.

I had the best bite of asado in my whole life. It was the perfect mix of fat and meat, cooked just perfectly, I took a bite and started crying hahaha. My mouth has never been so happy. Unreal. Also new favorite hobby is playing foosball with a bunch of drunk guys on a Sunday afternoon. Argentinos know how to have a good Sunday Afternoon.

Argentina won the Finalissima against Italy this week. It was hype. Some of our members were so thoughtful they put it on during our lunch appointment haha. It was sick. Speaking of other sick lunch appointments, a member gave me a guitar haha. Its one of those sick like Coco guitars. Pretty fetching sick.

Aylen had a birthday party, there was a mechanical bull there. Sick. Thats all the cool stuff for the week tho. Other than that just missionary work. Woohoo. Idk why, everybody in Argentina plays this game, they tell us to come by tomorrow at 7, and they arent home. I swear they are all so irresponsible. Drives me crazy.

But anyways hope yall are doing good! It has been a wonderful mission up to this point. I truly have enjoyed my time here! Have a good week!

You know I am getting tired of writing up these weeklies haha, but you know i havent missed a weekly in 2 years so imma stick with it haha. Wrist machine broke

Whats up everybodyy? How yall been? Hope yall had a peachy keen week! Its been a good week here in Independencia, just kinda vibing haha, working hard, enjoying my time in Argentina! We've been walking around all week, its been a vibe, probably walked like 30 kilometros haha. It was good, we saw a bunch of success, found some solid people.  Had some exchanges with the boys in San Ignacio, that was fun. My boy elder Lewis was dying haha, so we had to go save him from his comp. Had some fun lessons, I ran the joke that I was from Chile the whole time and got away with it. My spanish is evolving to a whole other level. Had the baptism of Carlos this week! It was such a sweet experience! He is a capo, so glad I got to meet him and his fam. Literally no one showed up to the baptism, but that happens haha. The water was freezing cold bro, winter sucks here. I'm happy to be here. Sup yall? How have yall been doin? Hope that all is going well wherever yall be at! Been a good week, just been vibing out here, working really hard, being obedient and stuff yall already know. Did some exchanges with the boys in Joaquin V Gonzalez, which is a 5 hour bus ride. Muito bom. It was sick, its a tiny town in the middle of nowhere. such sick vibes. It was so chill out there. Thats where you go to catch the Golden Dorado for all yall fishermen out there. Good exchanges tho, really had me remeniscing on my time in Concepcion, I miss those small town vibes. We also had a talent show activity, and we dressed up as vaqueros(argentinian cowboys) and sang "Adios Amor" which is a sad mariache song, it was so sick Ive been vibing a lot with the poncho recently, cuz its been cold. I really rock with the poncho mate mix, way hype. I have been loving the vibes up here recently.
